Here's a secret about the legal profession: most cases are pretty cut and dry.  The Magna Carta was signed in 1215 and our American Laws go back to legal precedents decided over the last 800 years.  There isn't much new to be argued and decided - just how the details all fit.

American Indian however, is the the exception. Over the last 250 years, American Law has been all over the place with regards to Native Americans.  In nearly any case, you can point to a precedent that indicates one outcome, and another that suggests the opposite outcome. It can drive lawyers mad - or be a very intriguing field to focus on. Attorney Brian Utsey belongs in the second category.

While doing the keyword research for Brian Utsey's family law website, we discovered a lot of specialized searches that relate to Indian Law.  We suggested a separate site focused on that part of his practice. This site is what we came up with and it's been well trafficked since its launch.

J and T Service Website Design

J and T Service is a family owned home remodeling contractor based in Scottsdale.  Jean and two workers did the labor while his wife Tonya managed to books.

They used a "website builder" program and made their own own website and it looked OK, but like most website builder sites, it wasn't getting much love from Google. They needed to get more business in the door.

The thing is, Jean and his crew do great work.  They had been snapping pictures of it for some time, but it was just sitting on his phone. We needed to get these amazing projects in front of their site visitors.

When we talked with Jean and Tonya, we suggested a new website, which we built for them using Joomla.  Traffic is up from their old site.

Performance Drywall Website Design

Performance Drywall is a commercial framing and drywall contractor.  They usually are a subcontractor on projects and like to remind the general contractor they work with that the one thing everyone who uses the building will see day in and day out is their part of the project.

Don't think that smooth flat walls are the only thing they do.  They are also involved with curves and domes and other visible portions of some amazing architectural projects. 

Their website showcases some of their amazing projects and also honors their partners - the cream of the big contractors in Arizona. 

The site was built in Joomla.

Andrews Lock and Key Website
Design by McColley Marketing Media, Mesa, AZAndrews Lock and Key is one man, mobile locksmith operation. He needed a site that would give him visibility in the very competitive service category. 

One reason it's so competitive is that unknown national companies have found they can set up non-existent storefront operations and fool Google's ranking system. Phone calls are routed to answering services who promise very low prices and dispatch poorly trained or untrained techs who demand 5-10 times the original quote after the job is done.

With the help of a dedicated owner, we (and he) continue the battle the scammers and their black-hat SEO work.

Attorney Brian Utsey's Family Law Website
Design by McColley Marketing Media, Mesa, AZBrian Utsey is a family law attorney in Phoenix.  Its a very competitive category.  Brian needed a website that would help bring him new business and to "pre-sell" prospects who find his site. We targeted the site at both men and women undergoing a break up with softer colors and an understanding attitude.

Attorneys have some of the strictest advertising restrictions of any profession.  Brian's websites (he has two) have been looked over multiple times by multiple people to make sure that everything follows the prescribed guidelines.  Its an indication of the high standards he aims to uphold.

Seasons at Orchid HOA

Orchid Island is one of the barrier islands along the Atlantic Ocean separated from the mainland by the Indian River. It's just north of Vero Beach, Florida and one of the highest income zip codes in the country. Season at Orchid is a high-end housing community and their HOA communicates to their members with this members-only website.

Most of the site is hidden from the non-resident public. We were brought into the website to add a survey function so the HOA could ascertain which programs residents liked most. Since then, we've rebuilt sections and functions on the site and help out whenever there is a problem.

Joomla is the perfect engine for this members-only site since it's built-in access-control allows us to have separate content for public visitors, homeowners, renters, and the HOA Board who are in charge of the content.

Fast Arch of America Website
Design by McColley Marketing Media, Mesa, AZFast Arch of America is built around a patented method of framing an arched doorway when building a house.  Arched doorways are particularly popular in the Southwest and time intensive to layout and build. Their new method was a huge time saver for contractors. 

Their original website was used to show phone customers the various styles of arches and how to measure and order them. After McColley Marketing Media completed their new site, they found themselves getting attention from architects and designers interested in their amazing products.
